Pay-Per-Click (PPC) represents the short term strategy for Search Engine Optimization, with instant results. It is a way to advertise and pay when someone clicks on the advertise. The money are paid to the Search Engine every time when a person enters the web site through the advertise placed on the search engine. Pay per Click (PPC) is the service opposed to Free per Click. It is an Internet advertising model used on web sites, where the host is payed only when it is clicked on the advertise, on the keywords that describe best the product or the service that a web site is selling. This market place is very dynamic, the higher you bid, the higher the advertise will be on the search engine list. That payment is made not to be listed, but only for the traffic that is generated to the web site without any hidden costs.
 
This strategy allows to generate targeted traffic by paying clicks to the web site, allowing to get maximum exposure and the control of the amount that is programmed to be spent for this service. This permits to clearly track the effectiveness of the ad campaign.
